There is no suggestive or conclusive evidence that the town of Litchfield has a municipally-contracted hauler that provides curbside trash pickup. Additionally, the town does not have a transfer station. Hence, residents typically contract, at their own expense, with private haulers that provide curbside trash pickup. The town is, however, charged the tipping fee, which I believe will be passed on to the residents of the town in the form of taxes-10/17; SL
